Lift Rental Specifications:

Any building 26-30' wide with legs 13' and taller will require a lift rental.

Any building with legs over 14' will require a lift rental, regardless of width.

Any building 32' wide and greater will require a lift rental no matter how tall.

Any building that has a Roll Up door larger than a 10x10 requires a lift rental to install.

Any Premier Steel Building that is wider than 24' OR taller than 8' will require a lift rental.

Any building with ladder trusses will require a lift rental.

Any building with a 6/12 Roof Pitch and leg height 10' or taller will require a lift rental.

*Heritage Steel does not accept personal lift equipment for building installations.

The current ESTIMATED installation lead-time is 4 - 5 weeks or less, weather permitting.

Prices shown are based on the customer's site being clear of obstacles (including over-head lines and tree limbs), truck and trailer accessible within 200 feet, site prepared and level within 4 inches side-to-side and front to back, no severe drop-offs within 5 feet of the building site, and 3 feet of clearance around the perimeter.

Additional fees apply for unlevel terrain, and to build over non-movable structures.
